I’m a passionate, detail-oriented I.T support and web developer with hands-on experience from my internship at Ghana Broadcasting Corporation (GBC). My work focused on keeping technology systems running smoothly and helping staff overcome daily I.T challenges.
At GBC, I provided technical support by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues—handling slow internet, system errors, software updates, printer malfunctions, and login problems. I aim to deliver timely, practical solutions that keep workflows uninterrupted.
I also developed my web design and development skills by building modern, responsive websites and web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. I’m eager to keep growing in both the I.T and web development spaces, applying my skills to solve real-world problems.
