What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an international remote role where I can handle live chat, email, and inbound/outbound calls, maintain high customer satisfaction, and support sales and lead generation—available for full-time work across US/Canada time zones.

I’m a Customer Support and Sales Representative with hands on experience providing live chat, email and call support to international customers while maintaining professionalism and empathy. In fast paced environments, I’ve handled 300+ customer interactions daily and focused on problem solving, customer engagement and sustained customer satisfaction.

From inbound and outbound sales conversations to remote administrative support, I’ve learned to multitask reliably, communicate clearly and keep workflows organized. I’m currently pursuing a degree in International Relations and I’m eager to bring strong communication, analytical thinking and customer first service to an international remote team.
