What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an international remote role where I can handle live chat, email, and inbound/outbound calls, maintain high customer satisfaction, and support sales and lead generation—available for full-time work across US/Canada time zones.

I’m a Customer Support and Sales Representative with hands-on experience providing live chat, email, and call support to international customers while maintaining professionalism and empathy. In fast-paced environments, I’ve handled 300+ customer interactions daily and focused on problem-solving, customer engagement, and sustained customer satisfaction.

From inbound and outbound sales conversations to remote administrative support, I’ve learned to multitask reliably, communicate clearly, and keep workflows organized. I’m currently pursuing a degree in International Relations, and I’m eager to bring strong communication, analytical thinking, and customer-first service to an international remote team.
