At EY-Parthenon, I lead strategy engagements across M&A, post-merger integration, operating-model design, and go-to-market planning. I’ve built five-year value-creation plans identifying 50%+ EBITDA uplift and 1.7x revenue growth opportunities across separate transactions.
Previously at McKinsey & Company, I owned distribution-channel and digital-funnel workstreams, helped identify a ~20% revenue uplift opportunity, and supported a capital-markets placement that was 3x oversubscribed. I also contributed to a digital-platform strategy that unlocked a €1bn market segment and informed the launch of a joint venture.
I turn ambiguity into practical decision frameworks, work closely with senior stakeholders, and am deepening my product and AI capabilities through PSPO I certification and hands-on development of an AI-powered travel app.
