Trained as an investment banking analyst on cross-border deals across the Nordics and Eastern Europe, with 850M USD plus in deal support across 10+ sell-side and 12+ buy-side processes. Then took that discipline inside companies, into an e-commerce venture studio and a retail-media B2B SaaS business, where the work was strategy, integration and growth rather than transaction mechanics.

Since 2024 I run an independent practice for founders, investors and advisory firms across Europe and the CIS. Recent work includes a 125-slide competitive and market-sizing study covering 40 competitors and a EUR 3.5 to 4B TAM, an expert-interview programme with automotive OEMs defended to Swiss senior management, and a buy-side sourcing programme that took 680 researched entities down to 291 qualified buyers.
