What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead HR transformation and change management, combine HR analytics with scalable digital solutions, and partner with business leaders to deliver adoption, measurable impact, and continuous improvement.

I’m an HRIS Transformation&Change Management Manager focused on cultural change, HR transformation, and business process reengineering. At the Holy See – Città del Vaticano, I supported the startup of the HR Department in Vatican City State and reengineered processes from AS IS to TO BE, combining operational improvement with decision-ready information.

Previously at ACEA S.P.A., I worked as HR Product Owner & Change Management and Unit Manager CdC Sviluppo & HR Transformation – OKR Coach, leading change initiatives for shared services evolution and employer branding. I also delivered analytics and digital HR progress—conducting data analysis on 3,500 employees, building reporting systems, developing Zucchetti software inputs, and integrating HR systems at SIMAM to streamline HR activities (including 50% time saving and 30% cost saving).
