What I'm looking for

I’m interested in contributing my project management experience while continuing to develop professionally in an international, remote role.

At Fundación para la Paz y la Democracia (FUNPADEM), I advised on Territorial Action Plans for Maleku, Cabécar, and Bribrí communities. I helped formulate four plans, designed three training manuals, and trained more than 200 people in project management.

Previously, as a Project Officer at FUNPADEM, I contributed to international cooperation funding proposals and coordinated project logistics, contracting, and reporting. I also supported standardized operational processes across 98 police delegations and 15 regional directorates of Costa Rica’s Public Force.
