At Arena Events (Int.), I coordinate international events end to end, managing clients, suppliers, logistics and timelines. I also coordinate events on-site and respond to issues in real time.
At Mandacarú, I managed hotel operations, the team and the guest experience. I set up and managed the Channel Manager, OTAs and hotel website, alongside sales and digital presence.
My work has also included coordinating community projects at Higuerones and supporting organizational processes, recruitment and employee support at Mano del Mono. I bring experience across tourism, hospitality and events, with fluency in French, Spanish, English and Portuguese.
