I’m looking to lead multi-site operations, sharpen business growth through performance optimization, and use KPI dashboards (SQL/Power BI) to improve profitability, cost control, and customer satisfaction while developing strong teams.

I’m a results-driven General Manager with 4+ years of experience in operations, business growth, and performance optimization. I’m known for strategic planning, team leadership, and process improvement that improves day-to-day execution and profitability.

I use data processing tools to support consistent execution and improvement actions, including SQL and Power BI. I’m also strong in risk analysis, budget//staff management, and cross-functional collaboration with head office departments to implement operational and commercial initiatives.

I coordinate staff training, performance reviews, and talent development initiatives, and I’ve led recruiting and onboarding for store management. From HR policy updates to food safety practices (FIFO), cost of labor (COL), and cost of sales (COS), I focus on building high-performing teams and reliable operations.
