In my current General Manager role (Remote Operations), I direct day-to-day logistics remotely to oversee freight movement, dispatching, and pricing strategies that maximize profit margins. I negotiate with carriers and vendors to keep costs controlled while protecting service quality, and I implement streamlined warehouse workflows that reduce processing time and improve shipment accuracy.

Previously, I managed end-to-end logistics for a trucking fleet, serving as the primary point of contact for drivers and resolving transit issues and route changes in real time. I optimized load scheduling and routing to reduce fuel consumption and operational costs through data-driven dispatch decisions.
