I am looking for a leadership role in sales, retail or operations where I can improve processes, coach teams, and drive measurable performance.

I am a results-driven business administration professional with broad experience across retail management, sales, and trust & safety content moderation. I have led store teams to exceed KPIs, implemented strategies that improved store performance, and managed customer relationships to drive revenue growth.

Currently I work as a Trust & Safety Specialist where I monitor user-generated content, enforce platform policies, and collaborate with teams to improve moderation strategies. Previously I served as a store manager and management trainee at LC Waikiki and as a sales manager, gaining hands-on experience in sales, merchandising, inventory and staff training.
