I am an MBA graduate specializing in Human Resource Management with hands-on experience across core HR functions and a strong academic foundation in organizational behavior and talent management.

During my HR internship I assisted with recruitment processes, candidate screening and phone interviews, supported digital attendance and HRIS systems, managed training data, and helped organize employee engagement programs while gaining practical HR documentation experience.

Prior to moving into HR, I worked as a pharmacist where I provided patient counseling, supervised new staff, managed medication therapy and inventory, and conducted medication reconciliation to ensure patient safety and continuity of care.

I combine interpersonal and analytical strengths with technical skills in Excel, Tableau, Python and HRIS to drive people analytics and data-driven HR decision-making; I am motivated to apply these abilities to improve HR operations in a collaborative, growth-oriented organization.
