I am a dedicated human resources professional with a strong academic background and practical experience in fostering positive employee relations. My journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the Academy of Culinary Arts & Hospitality Management in Nepal, and I am currently pursuing an MBA in Hotel Management from Mash International School of Business in Paris, France.

In my recent role as a Pre-Opening Human Resources Coordinator at Dusit Thani Himalayan Resort, I successfully managed the recruitment process, developed training programs, and ensured compliance with labor laws.
