In my current role as a Select Account Manager at Banco Santander Totta S.A., I manage a client portfolio and deliver personalized financial consulting. I monitor investments and results, open and maintain accounts, and help clients by selling banking products and insurance—always offering tailored solutions while managing objectives.

Previously, I worked as a Bank account manager at Banco Santander Totta S.A., handling the same core responsibilities: client relationships, account management, product and insurance sales, and needs-based consulting. Before that, I strengthened my client-focused approach as a Real Estate Agent (prospecting, property valuation, due diligence, and post-sale support) and as a Shop manager (team coordination, sales objectives, and stock organization).

I also completed a Communication Design degree and built practical expertise with tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere. I’m committed to achieving goals while contributing positively to team success and organizational growth, including volunteering that supports autistic children and young people.
