What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a responsible career opportunity where I can fully utilize my interpersonal skills, deliver strong customer support, and make a significant contribution to the success of the company.

I’m a Customer Service Representative who supports customers through sales retention, billing, and tech voice and chat. In my most recent role at TSA Philippines (2024–2025), I handled Tech Voice, Tech and Chat, and also supported Relocation needs.

Before that, I worked as a Customer Service Representative at Communix Service Inc. (2022–2024), helping customers and maintaining service quality. I also bring operational experience from GoldenManna Manpower Services as a Production Operator (2021–2022), and support experience from Innersite as a Computer Attendant (2016–2017).

I’ve also worked with public-facing responsibilities as a Bailiff at Bacoor City Police Station (2018–2019). My background includes Vocational training in Mechanical Electronics NC II and Erect and Dismantle Scaffolding NC II, and I’m motivated by a responsible career opportunity where I can apply my interpersonal skills to help the company succeed.
