I'm looking to lead Hebrew language quality, localization, and AI data operations, combining linguistic QA, contributor training, quality alignment, and scalable process improvement.

At Scale AI, I lead end-to-end quality operations for Hebrew AI data projects, managing contributor communication, GQA validations, audits, and scoring alignment.

I screen, onboard, train, and manage contributors and reviewers, driving performance through feedback, promotions, corrective actions, webinars, office hours, and live onboarding sessions. I also handle task quarantine, EQ claims, and Trust & Safety dispute follow-ups.

As a freelance Senior Hebrew Linguist and Localization Specialist at Words of Spark, I evaluate AI-generated Hebrew content, create LLM prompts and annotation guidelines, lead linguistic QA, and develop glossaries and style guides.
