I've advised technology clients on commercial, intellectual property, and privacy matters at H-F & Co., including M&A due diligence, DPAs, NDAs, licensing agreements, Terms of Use, Privacy Policies, and GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and HIPAA compliance. I also edit and cite-check legal scholarship for the International Association of Jewish Lawyers and Jurists' magazine, Justice.
