What I'm looking for

I'm looking to leverage my Dayforce and HRIS experience to support system enhancements, improve business processes, analyze complex requirements, and deliver value for employees and business stakeholders.

I've spent more than 13 years implementing, configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting Dayforce for clients and internal stakeholders.

Most recently, I led concurrent projects from discovery through go-live, including legal-entity implementations, acquisitions, organizational updates, pay-group changes, and payroll-frequency conversions. I gather requirements, configure solutions, validate data, resolve complex issues, and train clients.

I use SQL to validate and analyze data while translating business needs into compliant, user-focused system solutions. I enjoy finding process improvements and building strong relationships across clients and cross-functional teams.
