I’m a results-driven Client Delivery Executive who drives maximum operational efficiency through collaboration, data, and continuous improvement focused on client experience and process excellence.
I lead cross-functional and cross-country initiatives to optimize B2B client processes and translate business needs into scalable, efficient solutions—using structured, analytical problem solving and strong stakeholder alignment in fast-paced international environments.
In my current role, I manage global project delivery, build process maps, develop SLAs, and improve operational workflows. I also implement Power BI and Power Automate for performance and task tracking, and coordinate user system migrations.
Previously, I advanced process excellence through root cause analysis, SOP development, and training across EMEA markets. Earlier experience also included lead research and data analysis, business development and pre-sale work, CRM database management, and customer account oversight—followed by roles supporting customer satisfaction, online reputation, and social media operations.
