At Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), I automated batch debit request processing, replacing ad hoc handling of about 90 requests a day with three scheduled batches averaging 160 accounts a day. I used Power Automate, Power Query, and VBA workflows with validation and exception handling to catch processing risks.
I also built AI automation projects for scheduling, lead scoring, and business knowledge retrieval using n8n, alongside a Make.com workflow connecting Xero and Asana. At BPI, I took process improvements from requirements through implementation and training, supervised a team of three, and wrote SOPs and user guides.
