I built a Messenger-based AI receptionist that answers inquiries, retrieves clinic information, checks appointment availability, and books, reschedules, or cancels appointments. In my freelance work, I design workflow automations, AI agents, document-processing solutions, and automated reporting systems using tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, and Power Automate.
Alongside freelancing, I work as a Document Controller, developing Excel and Google Sheets trackers and preparing operational reports. Earlier, I worked as an Audit Supervisor, reviewing processes and internal controls and preparing findings and recommendations.
