I’m a Recoveries-focused executive with over 12 years of experience in financial services, customer relations, administration, and contract management. I bring strong communication, problem-solving, record management, and attention to detail, with the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges.

I hold a Master of Science in Strategic Management from Asia e University (Malaysia). I’m proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and I’m committed to delivering high-quality work that supports organizational success.

Since 2018, I’ve worked as an Executive – Recoveries, managing end-to-end recovery processes for delinquent accounts. I negotiate repayment plans professionally, maintain accurate records and client correspondence for auditing, and collaborate with branch teams to monitor high-risk accounts and reduce accumulated defaults. I also handle payment follow-up and contract monitoring while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Earlier, I supported roles including Debt Recovery & Collection (2013–2018) and Cashier / Clerk (2021–2022) at Central Finance Company PLC. In my cashier/clerk work, I handled daily cash transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with 100% accuracy, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal controls.
