I’m looking to transition into remote customer support, where I can assist customers and learn new digital tools and systems.

As a Floor Attendant in a supermarket in Kenya, I assisted customers with product enquiries and helped them locate products.

I responded politely to customer requests and concerns, while arranging and restocking shelves and keeping the shopping area organised.
