What I'm looking for

I want to lead learning excellence through Learning Operations, trainer certification, and leadership development—using KPI-driven governance and continuous improvement to strengthen organizational performance in multicultural environments.

I’m a Learning & Development professional with over five years of experience leading training initiatives and learning operations in multicultural environments. I’ve led international Train-the-Trainer programs and trainer certification initiatives across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, partnering with global stakeholders to build consistent delivery.

In my current role as a Business Trainer (Acting Training Lead), I lead Learning & Development operations for the Airbnb project, supporting 15 trainers and enabling consistent delivery across a global network of 60+ trainers. I drive learning governance through KPI reporting, performance analysis, and business reviews, while also managing end-to-end training operations like workforce planning, scheduling, onboarding, and learning administration to improve learner performance and operational excellence.
