I’m an Independent Hospitality & Business Trainer based in Morocco, with more than 20 years of expertise in hotel management education and business administration training. I build learning experiences that help students, professionals, and corporate learners strengthen practical skills and real employability outcomes.

Since 2004, I’ve delivered training programs in hospitality management, business administration, marketing, and customer service. I design learning materials, assessments, and competency-based curricula, and I train learners in hotel reception, sales techniques, and business organization.

My teaching also includes French for Hospitality and Tourism, plus business communication and professional skills development. I integrate AI tools and digital learning technologies into training activities, supporting learners with coaching and mentoring throughout their development.

I’ve worked as a Hospitality Management Trainer at ISTH – Institut Supérieur de Tourisme et d’Hôtellerie in Fès and delivered instruction across multiple training institutions. With certifications spanning learning technologies, instructional design, university teaching, and AI for education, I bring a structured, modern approach to training delivery—especially for remote and freelance opportunities worldwide.
