I’m an Enterprise IT Support & Security Operations Specialist with hands-on experience managing hybrid identity systems, modern cloud workplaces, and network security infrastructure. I deliver strict SLA-driven service delivery while securing endpoints and streamlining access across Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Intune.

In my current role, I own end-to-end resolution of IT incidents across Windows and hybrid environments, managing 40–80+ weekly support tickets in Jira Service Management under tight SLA targets. I administer Entra ID and Active Directory for onboarding/offboarding and group policies, deploy global endpoints with Intune and Autopilot, and monitor compliance using CrowdStrike Falcon. I also manage edge security and remote access through Fortigate and Sophos firewall rules, site-to-site VPNs, and authentication troubleshooting—plus advanced hardware support like BIOS configuration, peripheral repair, and driver optimization.
