At Interconnect Group, I deliver training in cloud computing, with an emphasis on Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and cybersecurity fundamentals. I’ve trained over 50 students and mentor learners as they develop practical technical understanding.
Through my independent M365 subject matter expert work, I support global customers with Microsoft 365 tenant administration and Tier 2 escalations. I investigate suspected tenant compromises using sign-in and audit logs, then support containment and remediation.
I also apply tenant security hardening after investigations and recommend preventive controls to reduce the likelihood of recurrence. My work includes identity and access security, endpoint protection, email security, and Microsoft 365 governance.
Earlier, as a Cloud Support Engineer at Tek Experts Nigeria, I configured CI/CD build definitions and managed Azure Web Apps and virtual machines. I also deployed a Windows Kubernetes cluster and integrated Kubernetes and Docker into CI/CD workflows.
