What I'm looking for

I want to provide Tier 3 identity and authentication security support, automate IAM operations with PowerShell, and help teams ship secure cloud solutions. I’m excited by high-performing environments and continuous learning.

I’m a cloud and cybersecurity-focused IT professional specializing in identity & access management, Azure/Entra ID, and authentication troubleshooting. I provide technical support for enterprise customers and focus on securing IT infrastructure while keeping authentication systems reliable.

In my current role as an Azure Cloud Support Specialist (Tier 3), I troubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents involving LDAP, Kerberos, NTLM, SAML, and other authentication mechanisms. I also automate repetitive IAM tasks using PowerShell scripting, and I support RBAC, security policies, and directory management to reduce time-to-resolution.

Previously, as a Network Administrator (Team Lead), I designed hybrid identity infrastructure using Active Directory and Azure AD, implementing RBAC, PIM, and least-privilege strategies. Across my roles, I’ve led hybrid cloud migrations aligned with IAM best practices, improved access security with Conditional Access, and produced training/documentation that helps teams apply security-first identity practices.
