I’m a Product Manager with 3+ years of hands-on experience building and running support, antifraud, and payment operations for fintech and crypto products. I lead multi-person teams across L1–L3 technical and customer support, turning operational chaos into structured, measurable systems.

In my latest role as Product Manager & Team Lead (Head of Support) at a Confidential FinTech / Payments Company (NDA), I architected antifraud logic end-to-end—from detection logic and risk-scoring rules to escalation workflows. I also owned payment processing operations, including accepting and reconciling client payments.

I build KPI and quality-assessment frameworks that convert subjective support reviews into transparent, data-driven evaluation. I partner with engineering and compliance to balance user experience against fraud risk, and I’m comfortable operating under NDA constraints in fast-moving fintech environments.

Before that, I led promotion and growth for a crypto product distributed through Telegram. I reverse-engineered channel and bot ranking mechanics across multiple geographies and applied those insights to a repeatable growth playbook using content, community engagement, and bot mechanics.
