I’m looking for a call-center or customer support role where I can handle medical insurance claims, resolve client issues quickly, and maintain high customer satisfaction through strong communication and problem-solving.

I’m a customer service representative with over 2 years of experience in call center environments, specializing in medical insurance claims and customer support. I focus on clear communication, fast problem-solving, and consistently delivering high-quality service.

At Teleperformance, I managed medical insurance claims processing and provided customer support via phone. I resolved client issues efficiently and worked to maintain high customer satisfaction.
