I’m looking for a full time job as a customer service rep, where i can put my skills in practice and develop more skills that can help grow as a person.

I’m a motivated, results-driven Customer Service Representative with 4+ years of experience across banking, healthcare, and financial services. I handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, resolve complex customer issues, and maintain compliance standards while keeping every interaction clear, efficient, and client-focused.

In mortgage servicing and debt collector, I use MSP and Alvaria to manage mortgage accounts, explain escrow accounts, credit reporting implications, and late charges, and guide borrowers through repayment solutions and loan modification requirements. I also process payments, register payment methods, issue refunds, provide itemized payment breakdowns, and set up or troubleshoot online account access for self-service capability.
