Built an AI campaign generator for SMBs that turns business data, users' web information and brand assets into ready-to-post social campaigns. Scaled the number of SMBs from 3,000 to more than 10K, reduced campaign cost by 25% and increased engagement by more than 30%.

Owned the AI/ML matching, ranking and recommendation engine, increasing match rate by 30% and assignment success rate by 20% via model tuning and A/B experimentation. Defined data-product accuracy measures and evaluation harnesses for production ML features.

First product hire on a GenAI-based SaaS platform, defining product vision, strategy and roadmap end-to-end. Scaled to 20K MAU within six months of v1 launch through KPI tracking and funnel optimisation.

Built a fraud-prevention B2B SaaS platform for large enterprises, contributing to scaling the product to $100M ARR within the first year. Owned product surface for data protection, privacy and compliance-sensitive flows, and designed multi-tenant architecture.
