What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that fosters innovation and collaboration, where I can leverage my expertise in AI and SaaS to drive customer success and product growth.

I build products that make complex systems feel simple — and human.

For 6 years, I’ve designed and delivered AI/ML-powered workflows for enterprise SaaS at Avature, from workforce planning to contingent workforce management used by Fortune 500 clients. I’ve led cross-functional squads, shaped go-to-market strategies, and turned underperforming solutions into growth stories.

Earlier, I co-founded Englave, a curated marketplace connecting emerging fashion designers with boutique buyers — a lesson in trust, liquidity, and real-world product-market fit.

Most recently, I built kritik.ai, an AI-native mobile app that helps visual artists grow through structured feedback. It uses a Writer ↔ Reviewer agent loop with caching and guardrails to deliver clear, trustworthy critiques — showing that AI can be both agentic and empathetic.

What drives me is consistent: listening deeply, framing problems clearly, and aligning design, engineering, and business around solutions that actually work.
