What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote, online, part-time, project-based, or shift-based work in customer support, AI data work, research, data entry, content review, quality assurance, virtual assistance, or technical support.

At Blue Cloud, I provided sales and technical support for laptops, computer hardware, accessories, and related services. I diagnosed hardware issues, performed component-level repairs, and troubleshot software.

I explained technical problems in practical language and supported customers through follow-ups and commercial discussions. I also managed stock movement and hardware and accessory inventory.

I designed and maintained a custom MySQL client database for lead tracking and follow-up administration. I followed procedures while balancing service quality, technical accuracy, and timely completion.

I'm preparing for software engineering training at Moringa School, with planned study in Python, JavaScript, and React. I'm also completing online training in Azure fundamentals, virtual networking, cloud storage, and virtual machine deployment.
