What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an outbound sales call centre role where I can use customer service, communication, persuasion, lead follow-up, and record-keeping skills to achieve sales targets and build strong customer relationships.

I've provided technical support at Zetech University, helping staff and students resolve computer hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

I installed and configured computer systems, applications, printers, software updates, and antivirus programs while documenting support requests and helping maintain reliable IT equipment.

Through my Software Engineering diploma coursework, I've built a basic website, contributed to group software development projects, and designed simple database systems using Java, Python, C++, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.

I'm motivated by customer service, clear communication, persuasion, lead follow-up, and accurate record-keeping, and I’m seeking an outbound sales call centre opportunity where I can help achieve sales targets and build strong customer relationships.
