I'm looking for a remote customer or technical support role where I can resolve customer issues, maintain accurate records, follow service standards, and continue building technical support skills.

I've supported international customers in fast-paced service environments, resolving inquiries, complaints, and transaction issues with professionalism and accuracy.

At Compaira, I maintained customer records, identified customer needs, recommended appropriate solutions, and shared feedback to improve service and conversion. At Ole Sereni Hotel and Aspire Lounge, I served as a first point of contact for international travelers, coordinating with kitchen and management teams to resolve requests and billing adjustments.
