I’m a results-driven Customer Experience Analyst with a solid background in QuickBooks, Sage, and the Microsoft Office Suite. I bring a collaborative mindset, meticulous attention to details, and a reputation for creative problem solving that improves the customer experience.

At Zenith Bank PLC, I deliver exceptional customer experiences through active listening, empathy, and effective problem-solving. I provide product/service information, build rapport, handle high customer volumes with poise, and help drive strong customer satisfaction through time and people management.

Before banking, I developed my people skills as an English Language Teacher and NYSC English/Literature Teacher. I tailored instruction to different learning needs, encouraged debate-style engagement to strengthen critical thinking, and supported students with weekly tutoring—always with clear communication and structured planning.

Academically, I hold an nd B.A(Ed) in English Education and I’m an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) through ICAN (2022–2025). I’m also certified with TRCN and the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) ethics and compliance program, and I’m excited to bring my presentation and public speaking strengths—including my voice acting aspirations—into innovative, teamwork-driven work.
