I designed workforce planning, talent management, succession, organizational design, and culture transformation frameworks to support scalability and innovation. I also led HR governance, compliance, ISO 9001 and 27001 initiatives, HRIS implementation, and process optimization.

At Trusting Social Indonesia, I lead HR and audit-related assessments that strengthen governance frameworks, internal controls, workforce practices, audit readiness, and compliance during organizational growth.

Across Meinhardt EPCM Indonesia and global advisory engagements with GLG, Guidepoint, and Enquire AI, I've advised leaders on human capital strategy, organizational effectiveness, governance, change management, and cross-border operations. I bring more than 20 years of experience across technology, engineering, financial services, consulting, and multicultural environments.
