I'm looking to lead business operations where I can own P&L, improve manufacturing or retail performance, develop teams, strengthen compliance, and build customer and stakeholder relationships that drive profitable growth.

I'm leading end-to-end business operations at Noor-ul-Huda Roller Flour Mills, overseeing P&L, procurement, production, sales, marketing, quality, compliance, facilities, and workforce performance.

Previously, I led Marina Home Interiors retail operations in Bahrain, progressing from showroom supervisor to Showroom Manager of a 2,800 sq. m. showroom and managing a 20-member team. I used retail KPIs, inventory management, customer experience, team development, media planning, and ISO 9001 implementation to improve showroom performance.

I've also increased sales by 30% through government and private-sector alliances, launched a cement-block product line, secured government permissions and buying agreements, and managed projects from inception through operations.
