Through Tesco's Project Cricket, I helped redesign the operating model to eliminate duplicated activity, reduce handovers by 30%, save 25% in headcount, and deliver approximately £3.5M in annual contractor-spend savings. I've also influenced senior stakeholders to adopt models generating approximately £850K in annual savings and designed nine processes for future transitions.

More recently, I've led P&L, marketing, operations, finance, projects, and business growth for infrastructure, consulting, retail, technology, and startup ventures across India, Dubai, and Qatar. I bring hands-on experience building operating models, expanding businesses across four Indian states, and aligning cross-functional teams around profitable execution.
