At Exceed IT Services, I manage talent acquisition and performance activities, including recruitment for internal roles and outsourced client hiring across the GCC. I oversee KPI setting, performance appraisals, and employee development for 400+ staff.

I lead the Talent Acquisition team and work with sales, account managers, and leadership to align hiring with business needs. I also maintain salary scales and support workforce planning and restructuring.

Through my HR consulting projects, I designed recruitment and performance processes, job structures, and KPI frameworks for regional organizations. For Aspire Software, I developed a recruitment dashboard using Power BI and Workable ATS, and updated pipeline stages and technical salary scales.

Earlier, I recruited IT professionals across regional markets at Exceed IT Services and Xperts ⁴, and handled recruitment, payroll, and HR operations at Association for Charity & Culture. I hold the SHRM Senior Certified Professional certification.
