I'm currently working as a Relationship Manager at Call2Connect for ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, supporting customer relationships and service operations.

Previously, I worked as an Administrative Assistant at WNS and as a Back Office Executive at Teleperformance on the Asian Paints contract. My experience includes coordination with London Heathrow Airport staff through Teams, email, and chat.

I handle bill booking in SAP, PO and GR vendor payment processes, vendor code creation in MDG, digital bill validation on IBM, and DBT typing and validation. I'm looking to apply these administration and coordination skills in a role with opportunities to learn and grow.
