At Southside Bloom, I recruit Operations Supervisors and related operations staff, managing the process from sourcing through onboarding. I also interview candidates and coordinate their transition to a start date.
As a freelance recruiter, I provide clients with independent sourcing and screening support alongside my full-time recruitment work. I use Boolean search and LinkedIn sourcing to identify candidates, then screen and shortlist them against client requirements.
At Silverlight London, I recruited Web Developers and other technical staff for UK-based hiring needs. I sourced and screened candidates, coordinated with hiring stakeholders, and maintained candidate records through the recruitment cycle.
My projects include sourcing and screening Web Developer candidates with the Tech Cafe technical team, as well as recruiting Student Advisors and candidates for administrative roles. I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, which supports my understanding of technical roles and engineering terminology.
