I am seeking a customer-focused collections or recovery role where I can apply my collections experience, debt-advice skills, and coaching ability in a compliant, supportive team environment.

I am a motivated financial advisor with seven years' experience across collections, mortgage and customer service roles in banking and financial services. I have specialised in handling high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, negotiating repayment plans, applying breathing spaces and other protections, and managing vulnerable customers with empathy and accuracy.
