What I'm looking for

I'm looking for customer support, virtual assistance, appointment-setting, or sales support work where I can manage customer communication, scheduling, CRM follow-up, and organized administrative workflows.

I've supported customers and sales at Performance Golf, Tabby, Transcom, Teleperformance, and Onelink, handling high-volume calls, chat, email, appointments, follow-ups, and issue resolution for U.S., Canadian, and international customers. At Performance Golf, I managed approximately 250–300 calls per day while supporting appointment booking and sales of golf equipment and digital training programs.

I've also coordinated recruiting appointments at BPO Hive and supported the CEO of Dr. Koura Clinics with calendars, correspondence, research, records, and confidential information. I work fluently in English and Arabic using CRM platforms, scheduling tools, and organized administrative workflows.
