I’m a customer service professional and team lead who thrives on being a reliable resource—handling incoming donor inquiries, updating donor records, and ensuring every interaction is accurate and respectful.
Most recently, I trained agents, reviewed daily call logs and calibration calls, and supported call quality through coaching and practical training documents. I also investigated donor complaints and managed dedicated team hours on a daily and monthly basis.
Earlier in my career, I delivered customer service and light technical support across multiple roles, including warranty information and warranty claims processing. I handled inquiries from consumers, dealers, and stores, provided admin support when needed, and supported payments and customer account creation/updates.

I’m bilingual (English/French) and comfortable working in systems like Zendesk and Blackbaud tools (Raiser's Edge, Luminate Online), with strong MS Office and reconciliation skills.
