What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a leadership role where I can use 20+ years of sales and operations experience to improve revenue, sales performance, margins, and KPIs while developing the next generation of leaders.

I've led sales operations and client services across SiriusXM+Pandora, MCI BPO, One Source Corp, and HLD Consulting, managing large-scale revenue programs, outsourced operations, and client relationships. At SiriusXM+Pandora, I oversaw an $85 million Sales Operations budget supporting $400–$500 million in annual revenue and reduced costs by approximately $2–$3 million annually without impacting sales.

I build practical strategies that improve KPIs, conversion, retention, margins, and team performance. I've managed vendors across 10 countries and 36 locations, led nearshore migrations, negotiated contracts, launched telesales programs, and developed the next generation of leaders through coaching, accountability processes, and training.
