I’m a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with experience in customer support, business operations, digital marketing, and data management. In Operations & Customer Support Coordinator roles, I supported customers, sales teams, and internal departments by coordinating product information, promotional activities, and operational requests. I prepared reports, tracked expenses, and maintained accurate records using Excel, collaborating across Sales, Operations, and Management to resolve problems and improve customer experience.

I also worked as a Digital Marketing Specialist & Content Support Specialist, managing website content and digital assets, conducting online research, and organizing documents and performance data using spreadsheets and online tools.
