What I'm looking for

I’m looking to contribute to a creative or marketing team through social media content, visual design, content planning, website support, and digital workflow organization while continuing to learn and adapt.

I’ve supported customer service at VNPT, assisting customers through phone and online channels while resolving inquiries and maintaining service quality.

I’ve also handled sales administration, preparing quotations and sales documents, managing invoices in MISA, and coordinating with customers and suppliers.

I create social media graphics, captions, marketing copy, content calendars, and brand concepts using Canva and content-planning tools. My personal projects include a WordPress portfolio website, Instagram and Facebook designs, and a responsive corporate landing page for Giao Van Construction designed in Figma.

I’m a marketing student eager to contribute to creative and marketing teams through content creation, visual design, digital workflow organization, and remote team support.
