At Busuu, I help global L&D leaders, CHROs, and Talent Development teams turn language learning into a business lever. When multilingual employees freeze in meetings, negotiations, or client calls, it can cost companies deals, efficiency, and talent.

Before Busuu, I was an Account Executive at HiBob and held inbound sales and business development roles at Aircall, working across B2B sales. People have always been at the center of my work, from tutoring kids to navigating complex sales cycles across DACH, CEE, and EMEA.

Studying engineering alongside my work shaped how I think: I look for patterns, practical solutions, and cross-functional ways forward. I was born and raised in Berlin, and outside work I care about queer feminism, languages, dogs, and the occasional engineering rabbit hole.
