At Opusing Information Services Pvt. Ltd., I lead a team of four recruiters and manage talent acquisition for five major clients. I oversee volume recruitment for Non-IT, Engineering, and Light-Industrial roles and serve as the primary point of contact for direct clients.
Previously, I handled full-cycle technical recruitment at Mindlance Outsourcing Services Pvt. Ltd. and Opusing Information Services Pvt. Ltd., using ATS and VMS platforms to manage requirements and meet placement targets. Earlier, I achieved a 93% student placement rate as Training & Placement Head at Surajmal College of Engg.
